This belief became the foundation of my vision, and with this purpose, I initiated the journey of Success Academy in 2068 BS at Galchhi, Dhading. The school was formed by reforming an existing institution with the strong support, trust, and request of the local community. What began as a humble effort gradually turned into a shared mission of transformation, shaped by vision, struggle, dedication, and collective community collaboration.

Today, I feel proud to see that Success Academy has grown into a flourishing educational institution with around 1500 students. This growth is not merely in numbers, but in impact, trust, and responsibility. We are continuously working to reform society through education by transforming knowledge into practical life skills, strong values, cultural awareness, and future readiness.

Our service now extends to students from Galchhi, Thakre, Gajuri, and Siddhalekh Rural Municipalities of Dhading, as well as Belkotgadhi Municipality and Tarkeshwor Rural Municipality of Nuwakot, along with other districts. This diverse learning community reflects our commitment to inclusive, accessible, and quality education for all. The strength of Success Academy lies in its dedicated team across all departments, committed and passionate faculty members, and the unwavering support of parents who continuously trust our vision.
