Success Academy was established in 2068 B.S. in Baireni, Galchhi-6, Dhading. We are a reputed educational institution providing quality education from Pre-Primary (Play Group) to Secondary Level (Grade 10). With experienced teachers, modern facilities, and a strong focus on discipline and academic excellence, we have been nurturing young minds and producing outstanding results for many years.

We are proud to have been awarded as the Best School of the Year 2023 in Bagmati Province. Our sister institution, Saphal College, extends our commitment to higher education. At Success Academy, we create a caring, safe, and purposeful environment where students grow academically, morally, and personally.

It gives me immense pride and deep emotional satisfaction to welcome you to Success Academy, an institution that was born out of a simple yet powerful childhood dream—to establish a quality educational institution in the very land of Dhading where I was born, grew up, and spent my early life.
From an early age, I deeply realized that education is the most powerful tool to transform society in a meaningful and qualitative way. This belief became the foundation of my vision, and with this purpose, I initiated the journey of Success Academy in 2068 BS at Galchhi, Dhading. The school was formed by reforming an existing institution with the strong support, trust, and request of the local community. What began as a humble effort gradually turned into a shared mission of transformation, shaped by vision, struggle, dedication, and collective community collaboration.
Today, I feel proud to see that Success Academy has grown into a flourishing educational institution with around 1500 students. This growth is not merely in numbers, but in impact, trust, and responsibility. We are continuously working to reform society through education by transforming knowledge into practical life skills, strong values, cultural awareness, and future readiness.
Our service now extends to students from Galchhi, Thakre, Gajuri, and Siddhalekh Rural Municipalities of Dhading, as well as Belkotgadhi Municipality and Tarkeshwor Rural Municipality of Nuwakot, along with other districts. This diverse learning community reflects our commitment to inclusive, accessible, and quality education for all. The strength of Success Academy lies in its dedicated team across all departments, committed and passionate faculty members, and the unwavering support of parents who continuously trust our vision. Together, we function as one family with a shared mission of nurturing responsible, skilled, and ethical citizens.
We are guided by a clear vision, strong mission, and long-term strategic planning to establish Success Academy as one of the finest educational organizations in Nepal. With strong physical infrastructure, modern high-tech facilities, and a progressive learning environment, we are steadily moving toward this goal. We are also strengthening our academic vision through collaboration with Kathmandu University for the continuous quality enhancement and academic development of our school, ensuring that we remain aligned with modern educational standards, research-based practices, and global learning trends.

Welcome to Success Academy, a semi-progressive English Medium institution (PG to 12) committed to quality education, holistic child development, and future-oriented learning. We strongly believe that education is not only about securing excellent examination results but also about developing responsible, creative, skilled, disciplined, and compassionate human beings prepared for real-life challenges.
At Success Academy, strong academic planning, value-based education, and skill-oriented learning remain at the core of our mission. We continuously strive toward a progressive and modern educational setup where learning becomes meaningful, practical, student-centered, and joyful. Our focus is not on rote learning alone but on constructing knowledge through appropriate pedagogies and hands-on experiences.
We understand that every child is unique with different interests, abilities, emotions, and learning styles. Therefore, we emphasize understanding the real psychology and reality of students through personal counseling, mentoring support, continuous evaluation systems, and close collaboration with parents. Child Protection Policies, student safety, hygiene, mindfulness, and emotional well-being remain our highest priorities because a safe and caring environment is essential for effective learning.
To make learning more engaging and practical, we apply modern pedagogical approaches such as the 5E Model, STEAM education, Project-Based Learning, and constructivist teaching-learning practices. We promote psychomotor development through hands-on activities and encourage creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and research culture among students from the early grades.
Understanding the growing importance of technology, we are gradually integrating modern technological practices into education through Robotics, Python, coding, and other programming languages. Our aim is to prepare students not only for today’s academic needs but also for tomorrow’s global opportunities and challenges.
At Success Academy, we equally value ECA and CCA activities including sports, dance, music, public speaking, leadership development, and cultural programs because we believe these activities help students discover confidence, discipline, teamwork, and hidden talents. Alongside academics, we actively contribute to parenting education and social activities to strengthen the relationship between school, family, and society.
